Lead Software Engineer

A technology consultancy is hiring a senior engineering leader in Singapore to drive full-stack architecture and hands-on delivery across complex cloud environments. This is a Lead-level role operating at Principal scope. Requirements: End-to-end solution architecture across modern full-stack systems Design of scalable, distributed applications Hands-on contribution across frontend, backend and cloud layers Engineering standards across CI/CD, testing and deployment Technical direction in client-facing projects with stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical vision and roadmap. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures for large-scale applications, as well as hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Strong knowledge of containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies is also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should be familiar with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
