What you will do

• As a Technical Team Lead, you will work together with our project managers, designers and front-end and back-end professionals to develop first-class software solutions
• Based on designs and customer requirements, you will develop new, fully functional software applications
• You use state-of-the-art technologies and tools to realize demanding customer projects in a wide variety of industries
• You support interdisciplinary development teams as a coach and leader
• You assist the consulting and sales team with offers, customer discussions and workshops
• You actively participate in customer projects, the development of the overall solution and quality assurance
• You contribute creative ideas and contribute to the further development of our expertise

What you bring to the table in terms of expertise

• You have a degree, preferably in Computer Sciences
• You have at least 5 years of experience in software development
• You are very familiar with back-end technologies, preferably Java, Spring Boot or .NET
• You understand software architectures including database design and REST interfaces
• You have already had contact with CI/CD and DevOps
• You have already gained experience as a team lead and are able to lead by example to motivate your team
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. Angular, React) or mobile technologies (e.g. iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter) is an advantage
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is also a plus

• You possess excellent analytical and technical skills and can communicate at eye level with stakeholders from business and IT
• You are fluent in German and English (at least level C1), French is a plus
• You are a strong team player, but also enjoy working independently
