Job description
- Technical responsibility for our core technologies (Oracle, Kafka, Java/SpringBoot, Angular, Git, Docker, Kubernetes) and ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Review and approval of developments to ensure code quality and architecture standards.
- High-Level Solution Design for new requirements and technical challenges.
- Proactive management of technical development and identification of innovation potential.
- Closely working with Product Owner and developers: you adapt quickly to new technologies and structuredly pass on your knowledge.
- Ensuring high availability for the team: you are the first point of contact for technical questions and foster an open, constructive communication culture.
- Active support in developing our development processes and tools (CI/CD, automation, monitoring).
- Recognition of opportunities in challenges and development of practical solutions – even with central guidelines and coordination requirements.
