You bring as Lead Software Engineer (m/w/d) with Agentic Coding Skills modern AI-supported development tools into customer projects – and show how Agentic Coding accelerates the entire software engineering process and qualitatively improves it.

With GitHub Copilot and Claude Code as daily tools, you develop not only high-quality software but also coach your team and shape actively how QualityMinds drives the AI transformation in software development. In the sense of
