As a Lead Software Engineer - AI & Automation, you will be responsible for: • Leading a high-performing team of software engineers in developing innovative AI-powered solutions • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge automation projects • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps for AI & Automation initiatives • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices and technologies • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies • Participating in architecture reviews and contributing to the design of scalable and maintainable software systems • Working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed • Participating in the development of technical documentation and training materials • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization • Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and applying that knowledge to drive innovation and growth within our AI & Automation team.
