As a Lead Engineer in PitchBook’s Finance Platform Automation division, you’ll drive the engineering initiative for building and maintaining our finance platform automation tools and services. This role is responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include: • Leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements. • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that meet customer needs. • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards for the team. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with software development projects. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
