Lead Software Developer

We want to take our IT systems for large customers in telecommunications and media to the next level together.

Aufgaben

• Participation in complex customer projects as a Principal / Lead Fullstack Developer:
• Concept, design, and implementation of modern software solutions in frontend, backend, or full-stack.
• Responsibility for architectural decisions within projects as well as for overarching technical direction decisions.
• Major influence on the technological orientation of the eTeam as well as active further development of our technical standards and best practices.
• Technical leadership of project teams and taking on a central role as a technical customer frontend.
• Accompaniment of the entire software development process in an agile team.
• Estimation of project efforts as well as technical evaluation of solution approaches.
• Technical consulting for our customers.
• Knowledge transfer, professional mentoring, and content support for further development of the team.
• Content support for recruiting, e.g., through professional interviews or technical sparring.
• Participation in effort estimates and technical accompaniment of project proposals.

Optional:

• Use of modern technologies such as LLMs, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Very good knowledge of several of the following technologies:
• Backend: Java/Kotlin (Spring), Python, Golang, C#.
• Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience in software and system architecture.
• Practical experience with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Experience with DevOps methods and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Very good German and English skills.
• Willingness to project-related travel within Germany.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or comparable field.
