About the team: We are looking for a Security Guardian (SOC Lead Engineer) who will help us reach a higher level of monitoring and automation. We are not looking for an alert "copier-paster" – we are looking for someone who will automate detection, refine Incident Response processes, and ensure Threat Intel feeds us data in highway mode. Responsibilities: Supporting SOC analysts in handling security events, Independent verification of security events for FalsePositive, TruePositive, FalseNegative, and TrueNegative, verifying your decision in available systems, Tracking system activities and taking actions to restore proper operation if necessary, Independent support of the CTI process, informing individual Teams about potential and materializing threats, Creating daily reports summarizing security activities and CTI threats, Indicating to SOC Service Providers the direction of changes for Logging and detection processes and CTI, Knowledge transfer within L&D and CTI, Supporting the CERT Office and ProdSec to strengthen threat detection systems and incident response, Co-creating procedures and processes to improve the digital resilience of the entire Bank, Support for incident response automation. Requirements: Several years of experience in IT, followed by experience in cybersecurity in a specific field, Experience in automation / orchestration, Knowledge of programming languages, especially Python for scripting / programming, Experience in containerization, Experience in creating Detection as a Code infrastructure, Experience working with GIT.
