Skills & Experience We Require Customer and stakeholder focus — ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional IT and global/local IT teams Strong analytical skills and excellent documentation abilities Operational effectiveness — delivering solutions aligned to approved design patterns and security, risk, and regulatory standards Understanding of cryptography and its practical applications A track record of continuously looking for ways to improve processes, procedures, and tools Familiarity with cryptographic algorithms, protocols, and techniques Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and correlations Strong communication skills — ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Understanding of data protection principles and practices Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
