Job Role/Job Description (Please fill in the exact role expected out of the candidate) We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead (Admin cum Developer) with 7 years of hands-on expertise in both ServiceNow platform administration and development. The candidate will ensure platform stability, lead enhancements, manage technical delivery, and mentor the team. What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate? Platform Administration Manage daily ServiceNow platform operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. This includes monitoring system logs, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks. Develop and maintain custom business applications using ServiceNow's development tools, such as Scripted UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Business Rules. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and prioritize technical requirements for new features and enhancements. Lead the implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring successful deployment and minimal disruption to existing services. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers and administrators. Develop and maintain documentation on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and technical guides for ServiceNow platform administration and development. What skills and qualifications are required for this role? 7 years of hands-on experience in both ServiceNow platform administration and development. Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, features, and capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Agile project management methodologies and version control systems such as Git. Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Development is desirable but not mandatory.
