Lead Servicenow FSO Developer

Job Title: Lead ServiceNow FSO Developer Experience: 6-13 years Job Description: We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Developer with strong experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and the Banking domain. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions across ServiceNow FSO modules, including customer onboarding, servicing, disputes, fraud investigations, KYC/AML workflows, and banking case management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure applications in various ServiceNow FSO modules such as Customer Onboarding, Servicing, Disputes, Fraud Investigations, KYC/AML Workflows, and Banking Case Management. Implement and maintain existing solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow FSO features and best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical guides, and release notes. Ensure that all developed solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Provide regular status updates and participate in project meetings.
