Lead / Senior Manager Fiber Customer Activation and Service Provisioning (m/f/d)

For our technical team, we are looking for an experienced leader to build and manage customer connections in newly developed FTTH expansion areas.

• You will be responsible for the setup and management of the new department 'Fiber Customer Activation and Service Provisioning' within OXG Technology.
• You will manage our field service technicians based on OXG specifications for customer activation (in-house cabling).
• Together with your future colleagues from NE3 and NE4, you will ensure a prioritized expansion of the network (Single-Line Process & Densification).
• With your team, you will establish lean and efficient reporting processes that enable real-time tracking of all customer interactions.
• In the ongoing day-to-day business, you will also ensure the further development of your team and the continuous optimization of the relevant processes.

• You already have relevant professional experience in fiber optic expansion, particularly in customer connection and troubleshooting.
• You have completed a degree in a technical or commercial field, or alternatively, an apprenticeship in the telecommunications sector in a technical field (fixed-line).
• You have many years of professional experience with infrastructure projects or comparable roll-outs (FTTX).
• You have successfully managed and coordinated telecommunications projects and bring extensive experience in project management.
• You possess excellent German and English language skills.
• You have a high capacity for learning and strong communication skills.
• You hold a driver's license class B and are willing to travel within the expansion region and to Düsseldorf.
