Lead / Senior Manager Fiber Customer Activation and Service Provisioning (m/f/d)

For our Technology Team, we are looking for an experienced manager to build and control customer connections in newly developed FTTH expansion areas.

• You will be responsible for the setup and leadership of the new department "Fiber Customer Activation and Service Provisioning" within OXG Technology.
• You will manage our field technicians based on OXG specifications for customer activation (in-house cabling).
• Together with your future colleagues from NE3 and NE4, you will ensure a prioritized expansion of the network (single-line process & densification).
• With your team, you will build lean and efficient reporting processes that enable real-time tracking of all customer interactions.
• You will ensure the further development of your team and the continuous optimization of the relevant processes even in ongoing daily operations.

• You already have relevant professional experience in fiber optic expansion, especially in customer connection and troubleshooting.
• You have completed a degree in a technical or commercial field, or alternatively, completed vocational training in the telecommunications sector in a technical area (fixed network).
• You have many years of professional experience with infrastructure projects or comparable roll-outs (FTTX).
• You have successfully managed and coordinated telecommunications projects and have extensive experience in project management.
• You possess excellent German and English skills.
• You have a high ability to grasp things quickly and strong communication skills.
• You hold a driver's license class B and are willing to travel within the expansion region and to Düsseldorf.
