Lead Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Team Connect is a leading IT services provider in Poland in the nearshore and offshore model. Since 2008, we have been successfully creating and developing software for our clients. We specialize in software development based on Agile and DevOps methodologies – from the analysis stage, through implementation, to further product development. We create backend, frontend, and mobile applications. For one of our clients in the banking industry, we are looking for a Lead/Senior DevSecOps Engineer. Location: hybrid work from Warsaw (1 day a week working from the office) Responsibilities: Leading and developing a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team responsible for supporting applications operating in a cloud environment (mainly AI, MLOps, Data areas). Building and standardizing CI/CD and GitOps processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD). Developing and maintaining Kubernetes environments (Anthos, OCP, Istio, Helm). Developing a platform that ensures fast and repeatable infrastructure provisioning in the cloud (Terraform). Close cooperation with developers and architects, understanding their needs and proposing process improvements. Ensuring security, data access, and compliance (IAM, network, secrets, auditability) in a regulated environment. Ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of the platform on which critical AI services used throughout the Bank operate. Mentoring the Cloud DevOps team and the development team, assisting in developing Cloud Native and Platform Engineering competencies. Recommending new technologies and improvements, including in the areas of observability, automation, costs (FinOps), and AI platforms. Requirements: Experience in a technical leadership role in the Cloud / DevSecOps / Platform Engineering area. Very good knowledge of Kubernetes (architecture, networking, autoscaling, security). Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD). Experience in Linux environments and cloud (preferably GCP). Knowledge of observability topics. Understanding of specifics related to maintaining applications and ML/LLM models in production (availability, latency, rollbacks, versioning). Understanding of security, IAM, networking, and compliance issues in a regulated organization. Ability to design long-term solutions, not just react operationally. Benefits: Long-term cooperation.
