Lead Scientist - Fluorescence Immunoassays

Job description

Job Responsibilities: Development of Fluoro labels (Eu, dyes, QDs, fluorescent beads) for their usage in FIA & FRET assays. Bioconjugation of antibodies / biologicals with synthesized fluoro labels. Fluorescence / FRET reagents & assay development. Testing & clinical validation of fluorescence & FRET immunoassays. Synthesis of highly luminescent Eu or other lanthanide chelates for FIA & FRET assays. Job Specifications: M.Sc / PhD ( Biotechnology / Immunology / Lifesciences ) 10 – 15 years in development and application of fluorescence-based immunoassays, preferably with experience in the field of fluorescence immunoassays.
