At our company, you will take on a central role as Lead SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant: Consulting. Architecture. Leadership. You will shape complex HR transformations for our customers and develop the SuccessFactors portfolio and team strategically further.

Aufgaben

Project & Consulting Focus (End-to-End SuccessFactors)

• Leadership and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors implementations (End-to-End)
• Responsibility for multiple modules, such as:
• Employee Central (Core HR)
• Recruiting & Onboarding
• Performance & Goals
• Compensation
• Learning
• Succession & Development
• Employee Central Time / Time Tracking
• Implementation of transformation projects (On-Prem → Cloud / Hybrid)
• Architecture and integration design:
• SAP HCM / H4S4 / Payroll
• SAP BTP & Integration Suite
• Management of project teams and quality assurance

Kompetenzlead – Team & Portfolioentwicklung

• Building and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors area
• Professional leadership and coaching of consultants (Junior to Senior)
• Development of:
• Best Practices & Templates
• Accelerators & Project Methodologies
• Support in Pre-Sales & Offer Process
• Participation in:
• SAP Partner Strategy
• Go-to-Market Offers
• Innovation Topics (e.g. AI in HR Environment, Joule, BTP Extensions)

Integration & Architecture

• Design of hybrid HR system landscapes:
• SuccessFactors → SAP HCM / H4S4 / PCE
• Management of complex integrations:
• Standard Integrations (SAP delivered)
• Custom Integrations (Integration Suite, APIs)
• Consulting on topics such as:
• Identity & Access (IAS/IPS)
• Work Zone / HR Portals
• Extensions on SAP BTP

Qualifikation

Fachlich & technisch

• Multiple years of experience (at least 5-10 years) in the field:
• SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules)
• Deep knowledge in at least one core area:
• Employee Central (including data model)
• Talent processes (PM/GM, Recruiting, Learning, etc.)
• Experience with:
• End-to-End Implementations
• Transformation projects
• Hybrid architectures (SF + SAP HCM)

Technische & architektonische Kompetenz

• Understanding of:
• Integrations (OData, APIs, Middleware)
• SAP BTP & Integration Suite
• Experience with:
• IAS/IPS (advantageous)
• Extension concepts (Side-by-Side Extensions)

Leadership & Persönlichkeit

• Experience in leading teams
• Ability to convey complex topics to management level
• Strategic thinking and interest in business development
• High customer orientation and confident appearance
• Hands-on mentality despite seniority
