As a Lead SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex SAP implementations, ensuring successful project delivery and providing expert-level consulting services to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business value and improving operational efficiency for our clients. Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts; • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets; • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions; • Provide expert-level consulting services on SAP FICO modules, including financial planning and analysis, general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, asset management, and more; • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, industry standards, and company policies; • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members.
