Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of Agentforce Generative AI agents. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and a strong technical background in Salesforce platform optimizations. Your expertise will help shape the implementation of AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and impactful business outcomes. Responsibilities * Collaborate with architects and team members to design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce * Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and report progress * Communicate effectively to align solutions with business and team objectives * Manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment * Conduct technical research and analysis to recommend optimized solutions to business challenges * Develop new functionalities and enhancements based on provided requirements and insights * Provide support during the maintenance phase, improving performance, refactoring code, and adding enhancements Requirements * 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development * At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience * Proficiency in implementing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce * Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks, and workflows * Capability to design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents * Expertise in optimizing agent responses with contextual grounding and data retrieval * Skills in monitoring and tuning performance of AI agents * Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) processes * Background in working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow * Experience handling large volumes of data and implementing complex data models and business logic * Knowledge of integrating with third-party systems and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues * Strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring seamless coordination with team members * Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and effectively handle changing requirements * Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English (B2 level or higher) We offer We gather like-minded people: * Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization * Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture * Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within Poland * Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually * Business-driven relocation opportunities We provide growth opportunities: * Career development programs * Thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs * Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS) * English classes We cover it all: * Stable pay * Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount * Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) * Referral bonuses up to $2,000 * Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and more * Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: * Benefits listed above are available to employees only * We are open for working with Contractors.
