Lead Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer (Industrial Water & Chemical Solutions)

This is a client-facing technical sales role suited for candidates with a Chemical Engineering background and proven experience in water treatment chemicals, water additives, or industrial process solutions. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations; • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new clients; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for customers; • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment chemicals or industrial process solutions industries; • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; • Strong understanding of chemical processes and water treatment technologies; • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
