Lead Researcher

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Lead Researcher to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for supporting our sales team by delivering both custom, high-value research and overseeing large-scale data collection using top-tier lead gen tools. This is a key role in our Research department, working closely with the Head of Research and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales. What You’ll Do Conduct in-depth, custom lead research tailored to specific sales strategies and initiatives. Manage and optimize large-scale data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Utilize and become an expert in various lead generation and research tools. Analyze research findings, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team. Develop and refine research methodologies and best practices. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand their needs and provide relevant research support. Train and mentor junior researchers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Research). 5+ years of experience in lead research, market research, or a related field. Proven experience with lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Cognism). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Bonus Points Experience in the SaaS industry.
