Lead Quality Engineer / QA Manager (Cloud & Automation)

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering Leader with over 10 years of experience to spearhead our automation strategy and quality culture. You will not only be an expert in the latest tech but also a strategic partner to our DevOps and Development teams. This is a high-impact role where you will design scalable automation frameworks across Azure optimize our CI/CD pipelines, and mentor a high-performing QA team.

Define the long-term vision for QA, shifting from "Quality Assurance" to "Quality Engineering."

Architect and maintain automated testing solutions specifically for cloud-native applications on Azure.

Build "next-gen" automation frameworks from scratch using the latest tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or AI-driven testing tools).

Own the "Shift-Left" approach by integrating automated quality gates into our deployment pipelines to ensure 100% "Build-to-Deploy" confidence.

Lead and upskill QA Analysts and Engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Provide expert-level test analysis for complex distributed systems, identifying bottlenecks before they reach production.

Experience: 10+ years in Software Testing/QA with at least 5 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.

Cloud Mastery: Proven hands-on experience testing in Azure environments.

Automation Stack: Deep expertise in modern frameworks:

Web: Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (Latest versions).

API: Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.

Mobile: Appium or Espresso.

DevOps & Pipelines: Expert knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Basic understanding of Terraform or Arm to spin up test environments.

Data & Analytics: Experience with SQL/NoSQL and observability tools (SQL, Cosmosdb,Databrick or Data factory).
