Lead Quality Assurance Tester

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead in our quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Lead will define testing strategies, coordinate QA activities, mentor team members, and work closely with development, product, and business teams. A strong focus on API testing is required to ensure integration and system functionality. Work timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team, including task assignments, performance reviews, and process improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs. Ensure timely and effective communication of test results and defects. Coordinate and execute regression testing, exploratory testing, and other types of testing as needed. Identify and report on trends and patterns in testing metrics. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing efforts with business objectives. Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects. Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with company policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably as a QA Lead. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Experience with API testing tools and technologies is required.
