Lead Quality Assurance Drug Substance- Biologics

The role of Lead Quality Assurance Drug Substance- Biologics is critical in ensuring the quality and compliance of these biosimilars with global regulatory requirements. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and providing training to employees on quality-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, and experience working in a regulated environment. He/She should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Lead Quality Assurance Drug Substance- Biologics will report to the Director, Quality Assurance and will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals.
