To support our Product B2B Teams at our Hamburg Headquarter, we are looking for you as Lead Product Manager (w/m/d)* in full-time (40 hours). Our self-developed Advsior platform is the central CRM and PIM system for our real estate agents worldwide. The platform includes tools for lead and contact management, but also supports communication, KYC, or reporting.

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of your team's vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• You will work closely with the Head of Product and Engineers on planning and implementing roadmaps to ensure a seamless product experience.
• You lead a team of Product Managers (your Direct Reports) and Engineers, and are responsible for the entire product life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• You maintain the strategic view over the product and manage the complex technical aspects of the platform.
• You manage the implementation of business goals with a pragmatic, customer-oriented approach in product development.
• You take over performance reviews for your team members and support recruitment.

• You bring long-term experience as a Product Manager (m/w/d) with B2B SaaS applications and have gained first leadership experience.
• You have worked with interdisciplinary teams from the fields of Engineering, Product Design, and Business Operations in an agile environment.
• You are experienced in dealing with technically complex products with a business- and customer-oriented mindset.
• You are proactive, feel at home in a dynamic environment, and possess resilience to handle changes and uncertainties.
• You bring fluent German and English skills.
