Role: Product Lead Location: Gurgaon Exp: 8 to 11 Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Direct Payroll (Permanent) Company: German MNC | Product-Based Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product development with hands-on experience in Java, Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members. Drive innovation and growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that drive business results. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement within the product development team. Requirements: Strong technical expertise in Java programming language. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
