Lead Product Designer – Interaction & Experience Design Location : Hybrid · Bangalore · 6 months (extendable) About the Role We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to elevate interaction design across our products. This role is about crafting intuitive, delightful experiences that make complex tasks simple and engaging for users. What You’ll Do Lead the design of high-impact user flows, ensuring clarity and ease of use. Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and refine designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to shape product vision and strategy. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and development. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Skills You'll Need Proven experience as a product designer, with a focus on interaction design. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. A portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points Experience working in the Fintech industry.
