Job Profile Summary: Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Third Party Risk Management, the Lead of Procurement and Third Party Risk Management is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the TPRM program, as well as the management of third-party risk. The Lead will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and mitigate third-party risks. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the day-to-day operations of the TPRM program, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. * Develop, implement, and maintain TPRM policies, procedures, and standards. * Manage third-party risk throughout the vendor lifecycle, from selection to termination. * Conduct risk assessments of third-party vendors to identify potential risks. * Perform due diligence on third-party vendors to assess their financial stability, security practices, and compliance with regulations. * Monitor third-party vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. * Develop and deliver training to employees on TPRM topics. * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and mitigate third-party risks. * Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to TPRM. * Develop and maintain TPRM metrics and reporting. * Manage and mentor a team of TPRM professionals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in procurement, risk management, or a related field. * Strong understanding of TPRM principles and practices. * Experience with vendor management, risk assessments, and due diligence. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards. * Experience with TPRM software and tools preferred.
