Lead Process Technician

Description About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Process Technician to join our team. You will run the Wetmix Milk Treatment process (milk reception, separators, pasteurisers, and standardising line) and set milk planning direction for the site. Our shifts allow for plenty of flexibility and work life balance with 4 days off between shifts. Based on a rotational roster, you will be on the shift pattern below: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off (12.5 hour shifts) Key responsibilities include: • Running the Wetmix Milk Treatment process • Setting milk planning direction for the site • Managing and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the process • Identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity • Maintaining a high level of quality and safety in all aspects of the process • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives • Providing guidance and training to junior staff members • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives Our shifts allow for plenty of flexibility and work life balance with 4 days off between shifts.
