The Company: Our client is a highly respected boutique Private Wealth Management firm based in Canberra CBD, with a national presence and a team of 25 professionals. Due to continued growth and long-term succession planning, they are seeking an experienced Private Wealth Adviser to become a key leader within the business. Role Overview: You will inherit an established portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients, supported by a Junior Adviser, while playing an integral role in the firm's ongoing growth and development. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HNW clients, providing tailored investment advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals. • Collaborate with the Junior Adviser to ensure seamless service delivery and knowledge transfer. • Contribute to the development of the firm's overall strategy and business planning processes. • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the sharing of best practices and ideas. • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics). • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Private Wealth Adviser or equivalent role. • Strong understanding of investment products and strategies, including superannuation, retirement planning, and estate planning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
