Lead Power Plant Mechanic

Position Responsibilities : Maintains a safe workplace program and ensures that safety is the highest priority in the workplace. Complies with all ASC Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH), Waste Management and Quality Assurance requirements, goals, policies and procedures. Provides documentation to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation. Performs preventive maintenance on primary Power Plant generators , remote site and airfield generators and various emergency equipment. Conducts routine inspections of plant equipment and systems to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions. Develops and implements a comprehensive maintenance program for the power plant, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks based on criticality and urgency. Collaborates with other departments to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established procedures and standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
