Lead Plasma-CVD Process Development Engineer

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Plasma-CVD / Diffusion PD engineer to lead process development for advanced technology nodes in NAND Flash products. This role involves designing, optimizing, and executing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD or equivalent experience in relevant fields and possess a strong background in plasma physics and data analysis techniques. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing new process recipes for advanced technology nodes; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Process Development, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to ensure product specifications are met efficiently; • Designing and optimizing processes to meet product requirements; • Troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues; • Maintaining accurate records of process development and execution; • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in plasma-CVD technology and applying this knowledge to improve process efficiency. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
