Lead Physiotherapist

You'll help shape how things are done and support the team as they grow their clinical confidence and make sure clients feel genuinely well looked after. The work is varied, You'll see a wide mix of clients and rehabilitation needs, and you'll keep your own clinical caseload while guiding and mentoring the team. It's a role with plenty of scope to make a real difference and lead in a way that feels natural to you.

What you'll be doing:
* Oversee delivery and outcomes and ensure high quality service
* Provide leadership and mentoring to a team
* Maintain your own clinical caseload
* Achieve set KPI's & wider service goals

What you'll need:
* Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC
* Minimum 5 years' experience
* Full NZ Driver's licence
* Excellent communication skills - you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
