Lead Physiotherapist

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll guide a talented multidisciplinary team, enhance service delivery, and continue to develop your own clinical expertise across a range of rehabilitation contracts.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team through regular meetings and shared learning.
• Support and grow clinical excellence through coaching and collaboration.
• Deliver advanced, evidence-based physiotherapy services (MSK, pain management, rehabilitation, and independence training).
• Manage client feedback, drive quality improvement, and uphold exceptional service standards.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with a varied clinical caseload.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and professional development.

Salary & Benefits

• $95-105K, based on experience

Skills & Experience

• Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and hold a current APC
• Proven clinical experience and leadership potential with 3+ yrs NZ experience
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, proactive, and passionate about developing others
• Current full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport
