ROOMHERO is Europe's leading digital full-service provider for commercial residential properties. We have successfully explored the market and established a solid 8-digit annual revenue. Now that the foundation has been laid, we are ready for the next quantum leap: scaling to 100 Mio. EUR revenue.

We're not looking for an administrator, but a strategic architect and operational driver who will take our performance marketing to a new level.

Your Mission

You will be directly responsible to the management team and carry the main responsibility for the quality and quantity of our leads. Your goal is to develop and steer a marketing mix that efficiently scales and fills the sales pipeline for our 100-Mio.-goal.

Tasks

Your Impact with us

• Growth Strategy: You transform our previous successes into a scalable growth machine. You decide where we invest the next euro to generate maximum output.
• Lead Excellence: You steer and optimize our core channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Native) and ensure that lead quality keeps pace with volume.
• Marketing Mix & Testing: You develop new funnels, are responsible for creative reporting, and test relentlessly new ways to generate leads.
• Data-Driven Leadership: You build a seamless reporting system for founders and shareholders. You provide clarity on metrics like CAC, LTV, and the efficiency of each individual channel.Schnittstellen-Management: You work closely with the sales team to close the feedback loop between marketing lead and actual deal (Deal).

Qualification

• Experience in Scaling: You have already successfully accompanied a company in the B2B or high-ticket segment through the phase of massive scaling.
• Analytical Mindset: You love data and make decisions based on hard KPIs. You understand the mathematics behind a 100-Mio.-business.
• Hands-on Mentality: You master the tools (Ads Manager, Hubspot, GA4) in detail, but can also take the strategic high ground for reporting to shareholders.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: You act independently, think solution-oriented, and have the bite to become number one on the market.
