Lead Payroll Specialist

*Please Read* Duration: 6 month engagement to Full time hire (CLT) this is not contract or part time. Location: Hybrid in Sao Palo Brazil 3 days a week Notice Period: Cannot be longer than 2 weeks Pay: $9.71/HR to $14.57/hr USD or R$8,000 to R$12,000 per month Regional Payroll Specialist Must Haves: • 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting European countries (Spain, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Switzerland) • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms such as • SAP • Oracle • ADP • Workday • QuickBooks • Excel • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Experience working with international teams and clients • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
