Job Description
As Lead Patrolman/Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards, and keeping our maintenance programmes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily patrol and maintenance operations on the WWNOC South network
- Manage and coordinate field teams, ensuring safety protocols and work programmes are followed
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and callouts on a rotating roster
- Conduct toolbox meetings, assign tasks, and oversee plant and equipment use
- Provide on-the-job training, monitor staff performance, and promote a strong team culture
- Maintain communication with supervisors, managers, and stakeholders
