As Lead Paid Search / SEA (m/w/d), you will take over the professional leadership of our Paid-Search department. You develop strategies, set standards, coach colleagues and ensure that we do not only deliver operational excellence, but consistently bring Paid Search to the next level.

You can expect a 100 % remote role with real design space: you optimize not just campaigns, but shape how modern Paid Search will be thought, implemented and developed at our company in the future.

Aufgaben

What you do here:

• You lead our Paid-Search department professionally and take over responsibility for complex, international customer accounts.
• You develop modern Paid-Search and Full-Funnel strategies – data-driven, cross-channel and with a view to sustainable growth.
• You translate strategic goals into clear priorities for operational implementation and ensure that resources are used where they have the greatest impact.
• You build a strong testing and learning culture: with hypotheses, experiments, clear learnings and concrete action recommendations.
• You test new platform features, formats, automation and AI possibilities and make them scalable standards for the team and customers.
• You advise customers and internal stakeholders on an equal footing – as a strategic sparring partner for performance, growth and development.
• You set professional standards for methods, quality, account structures and strategic approaches in Paid Search.
• You coach and develop colleagues further professionally and strengthen the team in everyday operations.
• You bring our Paid-Search expertise effectively into pitches, customer presentations and internal exchange formats.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in Paid Search, SEA or Search Advertising.
• Strategic understanding of performance marketing, business goals, data and digital growth levers.
• Experience with complex account structures, automation, smart bidding, performance max and modern search setups.
• Analytical thinking: you recognize patterns, set clear priorities and derive concrete action recommendations from them.
• Testing mindset: you develop hypotheses, test structured and make accounts systematically better.
• Safe appearance in customer consulting, sparring and presentations.
• Structured, self-responsible work style
• Fluent German skills (C2); English skills of advantage
