Lead Oracle Technical Consultant

About the Role: The Technical Lead – Oracle ERP Cloud will be responsible for driving the overall technical strategy and implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud modules, technical architecture, and integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of technical consultants. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team. * Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. * Configure and customize Oracle ERP Cloud modules to meet client requirements. * Develop and execute integration strategies with other systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Provide training and support to end-users. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and technologies. * Participate in pre-sales activities, such as presentations and demonstrations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and support. * Strong technical knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. * Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). * Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). * Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other programming languages. * Experience with data migration and integration tools. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Oracle certifications are a plus.
