With the test automation market growing rapidly, we are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading complex ERP transformation testing projects for global clients, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and other Enterprise business applications. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Leading and managing cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality test automation solutions. • Collaborating with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Fusion Cloud and other Enterprise business applications, as well as emerging trends and technologies in the test automation space. • Mentoring and guiding junior consultants to improve their skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in ERP transformation testing, preferably with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud. • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. • Experience with test automation tools and technologies, such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or TestComplete. • Proven track record of delivering complex ERP transformation testing projects on time and within budget. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
