We have therefore designed our platform likewise enabling partners and investors to manage needs from a single place. Yubi Group through its subsidiary Aspero specializes in high-rated, short-term non-convertible debentures (NCDs) across the credit rating scale. Aspero offerings yield between 8% to 15%, providing returns that outpace traditional investments like fixed deposits and mutual funds.In the last 4 years of our existence, we have earned the trust & support of the wealth ecosystem. Our goal is to democratize access to high quality financial products to consumers in India through technology & enabling access to investors across categories.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our team in Chennai. Our responsibilities will span the entire product operations spectrum, including daily business activities (Daily BAU's) to ensure seamless execution, designing and delivering exceptional client onboarding experiences that exceed expectations, supporting operational audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and crafting insightful dashboards for key operational metrics to improve Operations efficiency.

Roles and responsibilities

• Efficient Onboarding by conducting KYC Due diligence of the investor in our platform by giving a smooth journey as per regulatory guidelines.
  

• Closely work with Clients to adhere to SLA's and SOP’s to achieve organizational goals.
  

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution & Settlement of Trades 3x faster in automated flow via API integrations to increase the Business Volume.
  

• Support to prepare Operational Audit reports and maintain accurate and Upto date records for all the executed and settled trades .
  

• Creating dashboard & Tracking operational metrics to improve the operations efficiency into 2x.
  

• Be a single point of contact for all internal users of the Aspero Platform for products & operational related queries or clarifications if any.
  

• Identify and address operational challenges, process gaps, and glitches in Daily BAU’s. within the system to align with the organization's scale and scope.
  

• Align with internal Operational compliance and risk & regulartory policies to achieve business process excellence for all operational tasks.
  

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Management, or related fields
  

8-10 Yrs experience. Target the talent from our competitor. (GoldenPi, Stable Money, Wint wealth etc..)

1. Must possess deep expertise in OBPP Operations.
   

2. Oversee day-to-day operations and team management.
   

3. Manage the OBPP settlement transactions to ensure the seamless purchase and settlement of client securities.
   

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Exchange for SEBI OBPP compliance, setup, and continuous adherence.
   

5. Lead industry analysis and establish the KYC process in strict adherence to SEBI compliance guidelines.
   

6. Lead and oversee the entire digital platform vertical and collaborating with Product and Tech teams to drive enhancements and innovation in the platform experience.
