To support our Workplace & Experience Teams at the Hamburg Headquarter, we are looking for you as Lead Office Manager (w/m/d)* on a full-time basis (40 hours). You will be an important part of the Workplace & Experience Teams and thus responsible for the “heart” of our organization, our Headquarter.

- As Lead Office Manager (w/m/d)* you combine operative excellence with design-driven drive and ensure that our Headquarter is not only a workplace but an experience for guests and colleagues.
- You take over the operative and professional leadership of our Front Desk Agents, setting clear standards for excellent hospitality and living these as a role model.
- You support your team actively in daily operations and take over classic reception tasks.
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the organization and management of our entire Fleet Management.
- As the central point of contact for all building-related processes, you coordinate sovereignly internal specialist departments as well as external service providers.
- You optimize our workspaces and bring in innovative ideas to create a modern and functional working environment.

- You have at least two years of professional experience in the field of Office Management.
- Ideal candidate has interest in the structure of an internationally active company and would like to represent this in our Headquarter.
- You are characterized by a hands-on mentality with developed organizational talent.
- You bring high customer orientation as well as structured working methods.
- First experiences in dealing with MS-Office and Google Workspace products are advantageous.
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
