About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join an expanding aged care and disability service provider in Sydney, NSW.
In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical services while helping support and guide a growing OT team. You’ll work across assessment, intervention planning, service improvement, and team development, backed by the National Head of OT and Directors.

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join an expanding aged care and disability service provider in Sydney, NSW.
In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical services while helping support and guide a growing OT team. You’ll work across assessment, intervention planning, service improvement, and team development, backed by the National Head of OT and Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions
- Provide clear recommendations and treatment options
- Ensure care meets professional and regulatory standards
- Contribute to new clinical programs and service improvements
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records
- Review internal processes and support best-practice updates
- Create training materials for partner organisations
- Stay engaged in ongoing professional development
- Mentor and support OTs to deliver client-centred care
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Ensure compliance requirements and certifications are maintained

About You:
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Previous community OT and/or aged care experience is desirable but not essential
- A passion for high-quality service delivery
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of NDIS and community aged care programs is strongly desired
- Strong organisational skills
- Current driver's licence and car
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
