Responsibilities Take full technical ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. This includes: • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying .NET-based solutions using C# and other relevant technologies. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing, debugging, and refactoring. • Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance as needed. • Staying up-to-date with the latest .NET framework releases, best practices, and industry trends. • Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for software applications. • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to software development. • Collaborating with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
