Lead .NET C# Web Developer

Calico is one of Australia's most established and respected digital agencies - flexible remote with a home base in Melbourne's CBD. We are seeking an experiences .NET C# developer to join our growing team. You will be leading development teams on well organised projects for high profile clients like Zoos Victoria, Melbourne Polytechnic, The Royal Botanic Gardens, The Melbourne International Comedy Festival and many more. This is a Full Time role in a Hybrid WFH/WFO capacity subject to the experience and location of candidate.

Requirements

• 8+ years developing websites with: .NET (C#) including .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server
• Ability to take ownership of projects and become a trusted technical leader both internally and with clients
• Strong OOP skills, from design through to implementation
• In depth understanding and experience with the modern web stack (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JS, TLS, WebSocket etc.)
• A passion for modern development techniques and best practice coding
• Fluency with software design patterns
  

• Azure experience
• Umbraco. Extra bonus for certification
• MS DevOps
• React, VueJS, AngularJS
• Git flow experience
• Cross browser compatibility techniques and testing procedures
