What We Expect: Experience in mentoring and delegating tasks within a team Strong communication skills and a desire to develop leadership competencies Proficiency in Python 3 years of professional, commercial experience in developing and applying Data Science, NLP, and Computer Vision practices (some or all) to solve business problems; familiarity with State-of-the-Art (SOTA) models and advanced approaches in the field Deep knowledge of ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), algorithms, and techniques for building predictive models and solving complex data analysis tasks Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
