As a Lead Developer, you are not only an excellent developer, but you also lead and coordinate projects, drive decisions at a technical and organizational level, and actively shape the digital transformation of our customers. In addition to the technically sound knowledge required for this, solid process knowledge and several years of experience round out your profile.

Your tasks:

• Project management & coordination: You manage Dynamics 365 F&O projects based on HSO's own methodology HSO Excellerate, coordinate developers, consultants and stakeholders, ensure schedules and ensure structured implementation. The Microsoft FastTrack program Success by Design is used to systematically ensure quality, architecture and project success.
• Technical management: You are responsible for architectural decisions, code reviews and the quality of the developed solutions. You also support the Application Lifecycle Management process, specify the branching strategy based on Git and coordinate release management.
• Development & Integration: You develop customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++, C#), implement interfaces and integrations with other systems and technically evaluate the services of others. In addition, you continuously expand your expertise - especially in modern technologies of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Analysis & Optimization: You identify optimization potential, strategically support customers and implement technical solutions in a targeted manner.
• Documentation & Support: You create architecture and process documentation and support the team in the further development of existing applications.
• Team leadership & mentoring: You accompany developers in the team, share know-how, promote best practices and ensure the further development of your employees.

Requirements

• Training & Experience: Completed MINT/business informatics studies or comparable professional qualification with relevant professional experience. At least 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O projects, including management function or project coordination.
• Dynamics Finance & Operations: In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming (X++, C#). Extraordinary system and process knowledge in at least one core area (e.g. Manufacturing, Finance, Retail)
• Technical Know-how & Platforms: First points of contact with UAE, UDE. Comprehensive experience in Azure and the Power Platform (CE Integration, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Flow, Logic App, Auzre Function and Dual Write).
• Leadership skills & communication skills: Ability to understand complex requirements, make technical decisions and lead teams and customers convincingly; fluent German (at least C1) and English skills.
• Working method & strategic thinking: Structured, autonomous way of working, decisiveness, joy of innovation and strategic thinking for the successful implementation of projects.
