The Team
In our Technology department, all the expertise for our kitchen appliances is created. Teams of specialists for construction, metal and plastics, electronics, and software develop and modify our products. They tinker daily with how they can incorporate customer wishes and suggestions for improvement from our employees. Technical project management is responsible for the central coordination and control of development projects – from idea to implementation. In our own testing laboratory, concepts and innovations are tested and further developed under real conditions – here, physics is challenged anew every day. This is how innovations of the highest level are created.
- Technical leadership and coordination of mechanical development in the project
- Responsibility for mechanical system & detail design: 3D models, drawings, bills of materials (end-to-end for the project) Design and construction of components, assemblies, and modules
- Ensuring compliance with required technical specifications
- Coordination and alignment with internal and external development partners
- Coordination and evaluation of prototypes and tests, as well as derivation of measures
- Completed technical training (university, college, technician, or HTL) in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
- Sound professional experience in product development
- Knowledge and experience in the domestic appliance sector are an advantage
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and with CAD (preferably SolidWorks)
- Structured, independent, and self-reliant way of working
- Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage

For legal reasons, we are obliged to state the collective agreement minimum salary for this position, which is €2,633.77 gross per month for a 40-hour week. The actual salary is based on our attractive, performance-oriented salary structure and is significantly higher depending on qualifications.
