Lead Manager -ISO Audit

Role Summary Lead, coordinate, and manage all ISO certification, implementation, and compliance activities within the Internal Audit function. The role ensures that processes adhere to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other applicable standards), strengthens internal controls, and drives continuous improvement across audit operations. Roles and requirement Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date ISO records, audit trails, templates, and quality registers. Prepare ISO audit reports, Management Reports, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement effective processes for managing and tracking audit findings, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate and facilitate internal audits to ensure alignment with ISO standards. Provide guidance and support to audit teams on ISO requirements and best practices. Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance with ISO standards. Ensure that all audit activities are conducted in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
