To continuously meet this demand, we are looking for exactly you: As a central staff unit, you will holistically manage our management systems and bring the official mandates for information security and data protection to life.

Your Mission: Security, Quality & Compliance from a Single Source.
In this role, you will report directly to the management and ensure that we are optimally positioned regulatorily, procedurally, and physically. Your tasks include:

Information Security & Data Protection (approx. 60%):

• Official Mandate: Taking on the roles of internal Information Security Officer (ISB) and officially registered Data Protection Officer (DSB).
• Responsibility for the operation and continuous further development of our ISMS (e.g., according to ISO 27001 / TISAX®).
• Ensuring GDPR compliance, maintaining records of processing activities (VVT), and reviewing data processing agreements (AVV).
• Preparation and support for audits, processing of customer security questionnaires, and central point of contact for supervisory authorities.
• Awareness and training of the entire team on InfoSec and data protection topics.

Quality Management (approx. 25%):

• Support and further development of our quality management (e.g., according to ISO 9001).
• Ensuring clean process documentation and driving the continuous improvement process (CIP).

Occupational Safety & Fire Protection (approx. 15%):

• Internal coordination of occupational safety in our modern office environment in direct cooperation with our external occupational safety specialist (Sifa) and the company doctor.
• Organization and monitoring of legal quotas for first aiders and fire safety assistants, as well as coordination of corresponding training.

Your Skills

Technical Expert, Process Understander & Communicator

• Background: Completed studies (Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Law, or similar) or a comparable qualification with strong IT affinity.
• Expertise: You possess the legally required expertise as a Data Protection Officer (DSB) and ideally have relevant certifications (e.g., TÜV/DEKRA/Bitkom, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer).
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of information security and data protection, ideally in an IT company or agency environment.
• Hands-on with Occupational Safety: You do not need to be a certified Sifa, but you are willing to reliably and pragmatically manage the administrative duties in office-based occupational safety.
• Work Style: You keep a cool head even during audits, advise management at eye level, and convey compliance requirements to the team in an understandable way without excessive bureaucracy.
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills.
