Lead Labourers / Gangers (Non-SSSTS)
Location: Bridgwater (TA6)
Pay: £15-£18 per hour
Start: January
Duration: Until 2028
MadiganGill are currently looking for experienced Lead Labourers / Gangers (non-SSSTS) for a long-term project in Bridgwater (TA6).
Role Details:

Leading and coordinating a team of labourers

Assisting with general labouring and site duties

Communicating with site management to ensure smooth daily operations
-
Helping maintain site safety and housekeeping standards
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Lead Labourer / Ganger
-
CSCS card required
-
No SSSTS needed
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Reliable and proactive attitude
